2027 Stewardship Campaign
Dear ECLC Community,
“Your old shall dream dreams, and your young shall see visions.” (Joel 2:28)
The prophet Joel imagined a community so full of the Spirit that everyone, young and old, could dream out loud. We believe God is calling ECLC to be that kind of church.
This year’s stewardship theme, Justice & Joy, grows out of the dreaming we are doingtogether. Our three aspirations give those dreams a place to land:
Generations Together: young and old dreaming, learning and serving side by side
Beyond Welcome: a community where no one stays invisible and everyone is known by name
Neighborhood Roots: listening to the neighbors God has placed around us and discovering what we’re called to do together
You will be invited very soon to offer your thoughts about these areas of emphasis. Watch for that survey.
Dreams need more than good intentions. They need people willing to invest in what they can’t fully see yet. Your financial commitment is one way of saying, “I believe God is leading us, and I want to help us get there.”
