FAMILIES WITH YOUNG CHILDREN (AGES 0 - 3)
LAMBS
During the school year, Lambs and their parents or caregivers, and expectant parents, meet on the first and third Sunday of the month at 9:45 am for singing, stories, play among children, and conversation among parents.
NURSERY
During worship services at 8:30 am & 11 am and the education hour from 9:45 - 10:45 am. ECLC welcomes you and your child to our nursery, where we provide a safe and nurturing place for children between 6 weeks and 5 years of age whose parents are visitors or members. A CPR-trained staff member provides care for children in the nursery, assisted by youth and adult volunteer members.
OFFERING
Younger children are encouraged to bring canned and boxed food items to share as an offering during their opening music time. Each year there are additional hands-on, tangible opportunities to teach children about stewardship.
MILESTONES
Faith Milestones are an important part of faith formation at ECLC; a time for us to be intentional about the different ages, stages, and transitions of life. Milestones for young children include: Baptism and Anniversary of Baptism.
SUMMER
During the summer, we host a weekly gathering of parents and children for singing, stories, and snacks between worship services on Sunday mornings at 10:45 am. Additional community events appropriate for all ages are also planned.
